The Four Points in Kingston (King Street next to City Hall) has free high-speed internet access until Dec 31/02. Didn't have my computer so didn't try it.

They also have a business centre on the second floor (room key to access) with an online computer, copier (charge to room I think), laser printer, shredder. No charge to use it.
