I got in on an upgraded YVR-FRA on LH last November. Beautiful lounge, great showers, lots of showers available unlike at many other lounges. They had real food available for breakfast, real bacon, sausage, all the fixings. There was free WIFI, and to top it off, there is a smoking area in the lounge. I never wanted to leave.
The lounge closes just after noon though.
