For instance, I am flying to NBO next week. There are elements in that city that I would not trust with precise information about the exact points in space that planes are passing through on takeoff / landing beyond the visual range of the tower, especially when there is a fair amount of dubious arms trade in the country.
But then again, maybe I have attended one too many security briefings.
