The jump between 40 and 80 TPs and no interim ones like 60 TPs are a bit big given the difference in flight time.
Just had a look at that, is it do-able as a day trip, i.e. get straight back on the plane as it flies home 1hr later?
ETA, just tried and not bookable on the website, which says you need 120 mins between flights, presumably in case inbound is late... ;-)
