I wasn't totally convinced that the check in agent actually updated my FF number because she was confused by the connections on a OneWorld airline (BA)...
If it hasn't worked it's going to be complicated as the booking originally had a BD FF number, though the miles haven't posted there either.

I flew with TAM back in March SCL-GRU-CNF and have not had any miles posted for either leg despite A3 number in the booking and on the BP. Funnily enough got miles for CNF-GRU leg 4 days later all on the same PNR. Have sent retro claim 3 times since for the GRU-CNF sector and still nothing or even a reply.
Cannot even retro claim for the SCL-GRU sector as SCL is not listed in the drop down menu for airports. Emailed about this also and got no reply nor has it been added yet.
Not a single response to any email or retro credit sent since March
