Is UNITED's answer to the Southwest and HAS (Houston Airport System) study on building commercial FIS at HOU (HOU has FIS for private/corporate already)

I found it humourous in the UNITED "fact" section that whenever they mention Southwest they say "Dallas based Southwest Airlines". It is mentioned at least 12 times in the webpage, but they never say "Chicago based UNITED"....
