Since the relationship between BMI and SAS is through Star Alliance and will continue to the end of May I think that you can earn into the BMI programme but not into the BA programme (as BA is not in Star Alliance). If you have Diamond Club membership and use this you will earn DC miles which can be converted to Avios later. I do not think that you can earn Avios directly from a BMI codeshare on an SAS flight.
