No you couldn't. It was impossible to earn or redeem miles on any Lufthansa group services after the takeover, despite full Star Alliance status benefits being available until 31 May and the other *A airlines allowing earning and redemption up until this date.
Even booked under a BD code you're unlikely to get any diamond club miles for this route as on diamond club it was always the operating airline (LH) that counted for earning purposes, not the marketing airline (BD).
