Has this been confirmed by BA? Only the distances rules were quoted when we asked Nicki, but I did wonder...

I assume this means both end points must be in the same zone, rather than sub-zone:
- North & South America, Caribbean
- Europe, ME, Africa, or
- Asia, Oceania
