Not entirely true. If barriers to entry are considerable (as they often are with complex businesses such as airlines) there is less of a chance of that occurring. I personally do look forward to anyone breaking UA's stranglehold in Houston, because the fortress hub system is awful for customers.

C/D is an embarrassment. Sheremetyevo in '92 looked better.
