i moved to American Airlines AAdvantage this year when they offered me a status challenge end of last year for flying 20k miles and gave EXP. Truly great cust service and experience so far!
What do I need to do to get a challenge? Just call them? Somehow their going into Chapter 11 does not make me want to go there.
