CTA is your cheapest option if it's just you or you and one other person. If you don't mind walking 1/4 mile, take the blue line from ORD into the loop and transfer to the red line (I think Jackson or Lake is where you transfer at) and take the red line to chicago and state and walk to the hotel. It is no more than 1/4 mile. Or go to Jackson and just grab a cab.
