Give them a chance, they just rebranded, hopefully they will fix their IT at some point and the link to setup the auto transfer on the BA site will work again. (Or maybe they have and BA just need to fix theirs?)

You still need to be signed up to HHonors or SPG to get Avios, why should this be any different?
