Did I receive incorrect info from Premier phone line?
I'm ticketed for mid-May travel and need to reschedule everything by a week. Called UA and of course the fare goes up as it now wraps around Memorial Day wknd, but they're also claiming I have to pay the $150 change fee. I thought 1Ks were exempt from any change fees?
Was the phone agent wrong or did 1Ks get screwed again? Thanks in advance for any clarification!
