I second that and thus usually eat before heading off to the airport, unless I am particularly pressed for time (in which case I will have a very quick snack once on board). The breakfast in First is not bad at all, although I generally prefer to sleep for as long as possible and have breakfast in the CCR or the BA Arrivals Lounge (which also has a small CCR section with waiter service) instead.
