Are there restrictions with this code such as not earning reward points or not gaining credit for other promotions such as stay 2 separate stays earn a free night or 5K/10K points?

I know some cut rate hotel pricing you can find through hotwire, priceline, or cut rates through expedia, and other sites are exempted from credit in reward programs.
