At the end of the process for me, it showed THY "Classic" card with the TK number. With this number and a pin you can access your account. You can use your card number to request the status match by email (that's what I did).
At the end of the process I was met with a screen saying "A confirmation link will be sent to the e-mail you have provided." I'm still waiting on the e-mail
