Depends on when you need to go, I suppose, as BA isn't starting ICN for a while yet. At a push you could go BA to HND/NRT, JL to Hakodate (HKD) and then to UUS on Aeroflot. At least you won't get stuck in Siberia that way. You just get stuck in the seafood heaven that is Hokkaido...
