OK, edited to say - it looks like S7 indeed flies to UUS, although it doesn't show up on the drop-down list if you select LON as the point of origin! Strange website... they seem to want to discourage through-traffic. Anyway, once you select Moscow as the point of origin, UUS is displayed as the destination.
oh okay well the last thing I want is to be stuck in some Siberian airport with an airline that discourages transfer traffic . Did some research and found S7 fly to UUS only from Vladivostok, Novosibirsk and Khabarovsk meaning I will need to connect through one of those Siberian airports from DME.

However did some more research and found Asiana fly to UUS from ICN. With the news today that BA are starting ICN again I could always fly BA ABZ-LHR-ICN and then fly Asiana ICN-UUS.
