Travelman. Bit too vague for us to be able to help, I think. A "normal" ticket wouldn't allow any name changes at all.
A redemption (reward flight) would normally go back into the account if cancelled. As
LTNPhobia says there are lots of different vouchers out there, some given as compensation for cancelled flights although these are less common with BA.
Can you try to find out a bit more, or try to post a scan of the voucher (with any personal information obscured) and we might be able to do a bit better for you
