Yeah this actually should be a piece of cake. Use 2x SWUs for yourself, and 1 SWU for her for 1 direction, then 25k miles from your account to upgrade the return.

This assume that you are traveling together? If so, it would be best if you were both booked on the same PNR so in case of irrops your status keeps you together.
