1. buy £20 in JLP vouchers with your Avios Amex (and earn 250 Avios in the process)
2. spend your £20 voucher in Waitrose on something low-cost. (A copy of the

3. Get the change in cash. Put it straight into the bank, perhaps.
4. ...
5. Profit!
