I think that all AA has to do is well, be AA. Once these new EXPs experience what we have, they will likely find a way to reach 100K by the end of the year. With DEQ11, BOSEQ and others no doubt coming later this year, it won't be that difficult.
I just switched from UA. I already have 5 RTs booked that take advantage of DEQ11 - I figure I'll have 50k EQMs by the end of June easily. Won't be a stretch to (re-)qualify EXP by September/October.
I hate flying through ORD to get to the East Coast, but it'll be worth it for a little while to jump-start the process.
