I was treated very well as a Plat (noticeably better than when I first walked in) at Tower Hill, and really liked the room. On my one stay at CP City, I did get Club access and the room was okay, but service there seemed to be an elusive concept--long lines at checkin/checkout, filthy Club room and hallway, a huge queue for breakfast and, in response to my plea to the concierge for a post office open on Saturday, he sent me off on a hike to one that is closed on Saturdays.
