I do sympathize with the OP, whatever I paid for my ticket it means that I want to get that service. So, if I paid for a premium seat, I expect certain service, and one of them is to be out first, therefore I am first at immigration, bags and taxi stand...now if it happens once or twice, then ok... But if is a recurrence, then I would be mad as he'll as well..... In my case, go out first, only to wait for my luggage, that comes out last, therefore I am last in the taxi line....but hey last time this happened to me BA got an earful, and I got back the generic answer, but if I don't hear from them soon, then some emails and texts will be sent out. Don't tag my luggage priority when it really isn't a priority to the handlers.
