That is a very good point... and unless I'm missing something (which is quite a common occurance) 'Priority Disembarkation' isn't a published benefit of premium cabins either.
I assume people infer it is by the traditional order of seating on the plane being First - Business - Economy, but I don't think anyone has a 'right' to speedier egress based on the cost of their ticket.
Isn't there a BA long haul config that has WTP between First and Club World, and therefore in front of J passengers to get off the plane?
I appreciate that this view may not be the norm on this board

, but I'm interested to hear if this is merely something people have come to expect, or if it is a true perk of premium cabins.
