Advice on SWU and mileage upgrade on TPAC flight
I have some SWU I want to use, 3 total left, and I have found flights from MNL>PIT via NRT/ATL on the refurbished 747S, showing Z9 on EF for the dates I want.
My SO has no status, and only 3500 sky miles. What are the chances of buying her an M fare ticket like myself, transferring 50K of my sky miles to her account, and getting her the upgrade to J using miles for the upgrade to J?

M fare MNL>PIT is $2720, M fare PIT>MNL is $4734, simply amazing the eprice difference!

Any thoughts?
