I did F out of YYZ last summer, and the full sit down dinner was for ticketed F passengers only. F lounge is small with a limited selection, but free flowing champagne.

Galleries lounge was much bigger with a decent buffet selection of sandwiches and other nibbles. Sit down pre flight dinning was ok, a chef making fajitas wraps to order amongst other things. Again, ticketed CW passengers only - as you enter the lounge area they give you a voucher for pre flight dinning.
