Ah! Silly me!

If everyone had to disembark from the rear doors and there were CE pax the solution that my faithful brain gives me is to tell Y not to stand (and possibly shoot them should they try to disembark first*) and let CE move first. If I was travelling in CE I would feel very awkward with this arrangement not even sure if it exists at all in some airlines!
