"The seat you selected is no longer available..."

"The seat you selected is no longer available. Please select another seat or continue your check-in"

I get this error message waaaay too often for someone to be selecting seats out from under me. Is this a "new" error or did it happen PMCO too? I even wait 10 minutes, go back, and the same seat I want is still available.

Any insights?
