my favorite survey of theirs is for exotic locations and for high end hotels. do the people who camp in the very top hotels in very expensive cities really fill out those stupid surveys. have they been to 20 $600-1000 hotels in the past year or two?

we were taken on award trips to a number of ritz carltons that rated very highly. they were all garbage convention hotels and very noisy. would not compete with a decent 4* were there not the RC name on it.
