If I reapply blue card/ zync card and get it, will my MR points still can be used to buy gift cards with the same value as PRG card? e.g. 10,000 points for $100 gift card, say at home depot? I understand that I can't do airline or hotel transfers, but other than transfers, is there any difference between these cards and prg card for MR points?
