Great minds think alike. My thoughts exactly....even if a deep clean once a week in SYD it would help. The 744 I went on LHR-IAD 18 months ago was truly disgraceful on the UD. 3 broken seats and when my daughter lifted up the side storage lid there was the remnants of some red-pink sticky drink in there....think it was a strawberry milk shake

So we were moved again, the first time was one of our seat pair was broken.

No excuse for lack of basic cleaning - would have hoped things would be getting better by now
