A good clean doesn't seem asking too much. Especially given what I (and others) managed to cleanup do with our hot towel!

I've had seen some pretty tatty ones on JNB, which IME must be up there revenue-wise (for example I couldn't get a full-fare on J or F on either flight for a couple of days next week)
