E-Ticket issued. DL.bomb shows I paid in cash (????) OTA emails me a e-ticket to print out. Selected my seats on the ST legs.

The RGN - BKK leg isn't showing up and its on S*. Is it possible to just not take the RGN - BKK and take the ST legs (BKK - AMS - JFK)? I mean, would ST even know I skipped RGN - BKK because it isn't in the itinerary on DL.bomb. This is the first time that a mixed alliance itinerary doesn't show non-ST legs.
