If sleep is a priority over food service, i'm sure you will find the AA seat more than adequate. Personally, I sleep better in AA J, but I also prefer tatami mats to all else...
I'm interested to hear this - I find AA's angled J seats really difficult to sleep in compared to CW and AA F. I really like AA F for sleeping for the space.
