The problem with these type of rankings is that there is good and bad about each airport.

Plus, much is determined by which airline, terminal, class of service you fly at each airport.

At LGA, for example, if you fly UA FC, your experience will be usually excellent.

Flying LGA on DL, in their terminal, as an elite, using their SkyClub, is a breeze.

As stated above, JFK has some outstanding terminals (AA, B6, but even UA Terminal 7 [while old] is very convenient, not crowded, also T1 is good). Also the article omitted to mention that the JFK AirTrain is a pretty good (although not excellent) public transportation option.

I also thought it was funny that MSP came in #1 best. While I agree that there are many things to like about MSP, the airport's design is extremely linear and getting from one gate to another can be quite the epic schlep.

Finally, I was frankly surprised that LAS ended up on the list of best airports. Ever stood in security at LAS for terminals C & D? In my experience the longest, worst security in North America (rivaled only by ATL). LAS also has sub-par baggage claim, horrendous public transportation.
