AA First vs BA First

I'd be grateful for a quick comment from folk who have flown AA First over the Atlantic. I've had a trip to the East Coast inserted into my diary in June. My return trip had no availability for an Avios F seat on BA metal, but there was one seat on a JFK/LHR flight on AA, which for now I have grabbed.

I've grown very fond of the BA First experience - good dining at JFK before boarding, a very small cabin, pyjamas, etc. How much of that is replicated by AA, or would I be better off trying to change my plans to find a way to fly on BA metal?

Thanks, all.
