Absolutely spot-on. I've flown into & out of MCO on four airlines (UA, DL, US, CO) and cannot say the experience is any better on any of them. it just plain sucks--crowded, poor layout, ridiculous lines at security, all the roads around it are toll roads (it's technically possible to go through a couple of neighborhoods on 25mph back roads to avoid the tolls, but time-consuming), etc.
