Have you looked at ex Euro BA pricing. There was a very aggressive sale ex Germany recently, although that may have finished.

Also worth pricing Finnair, Iberia and Royal Jordanian, as you'd still get BA miles and tier points and fares may be lower. Change of plane needed, of course.
