I found the best options for SFO-BLR-SFO to be in order:

1. Cathay / Singapore (Cathay faster, Singapore better)
2. BA (avoid BA during fog at BLR, sure to miss the connectors)
3. Emirates (a truckload of cattle, even some pedigree at the front)
4. Lufthansa (only if its mee too)
