UA hubs claim 5 of the worst 10 spots and 2 of the best 10 spots.
To be fair, much of this is outside UA's control and a lot of the large airports are on the worst list, but it does give a perspective.
That list has been mutilated since it went to press.
Any survey that suggests you fly into DC by flying into BWI is asinine. DCA is far better if you actually plan on going anywhere in the area and in a decent amount of time. That and with less distance, your odds of being killed by a reckless/sleep deprived SuperShuttle driver fall considerably.
LAS is not great. The baggage claim looks like DOH after 7 747s arrive at 2AM and with less class and a worse smell. The taxi line is mindnumbing.
