Travel + Leisure just released their 2012 best and worst airports rankings:

UA hubs claim 5 of the worst 10 spots and 2 of the best 10 spots.

To be fair, much of this is outside UA's control and a lot of the large airports are on the worst list, but it does give a perspective.
