I donated two tickets to my church on Southwest a couple years ago, as part of their charity auction. The only condition was that seats had to be available.

So, perhaps if you wanted to donate 100,000 miles, you could rephrase it as "two tickets from xxx to wherever on the dates that Delta has tickets available at low levels."

Obviously, you would phrase it better based on your knowledge of the situation.
