I have done something similar in the past but I know of no way to not be involved in the process.
I do make out a "voucher" of sorts that stipulates restrictions as to availability, etc.
Ya, that is what I was hoping to avoid. I want to stay out of the process as I sometimes get busy and I do not want to have some nice folks donating all that $ waiting even a day for me to get back to them to walk them through a trip booking...
