Cancel Old Miles Award/CS Number?
Hey does anyone know if I can cancel online a booking made with the old BA Miles?

Also I try to call customer service and it says "We are busy, have no lines open" and then it disconnects the call. ...?

1 800 452 1201

Any other numbers?

Edit: This number seems to work, 800-247-9297 had to find it via GetHuman. I've been on hold for over 15 minutes
