wait, i must be missing something.

and seriously, not trying to be sarcastic or combative, i'm trying to understand where the issue lies.

historically i've done this a bunch as a PLT where the policy on PMCO was to have everyone getting ELR had to be on my PNR.

fine, i said. i didn't understand the rationale behind it, but i also didn't see the problem behind it either so i was pretty neutral towards it. so every time i flew with friends or family, whenever i called in or asked a desk agent to make it happen they have always just merged our tickets onto my PNR and bam, i can put them into ELR.

is that no longer possible? i haven't flown with a companion in about half a year so i'm honestly just trying to figure out what's changed but from what i remember it was never an issue for me before.

not trying to troll, i am just seeking to understand.
