Airbus is not compensating them for down time and EK is inspecting them every 100 cycles. Leading to a minimum 27 days or so on the ground. Not enough engineers to do the job with current fleet.

So unless they are compensated or there is an amendment to the frequency of inspections, aircraft due for delivery will gather dust in Toulouse (for now).
