I believe that UR points can actually be transferred from one Chase account to another. Unlike Amex, where you can officially only transfer them to loyalty programs of someone who is an authorized user on your card, and cannot actually transfer the points. So since Chase lets you actually transfer their points, I wouldn't think there is a limit on how many people you can transfer them to. But this is just speculation on my part.
