When I checked Marriott, there were no rooms (and I'm a PP, so the situation must have been bleak). She spent the night at IAH trying to sleep in the back of one of the motorized carts. Got no sleep. Is now, thankfully, on her final flight IAH-SFO. Guess it's time to help her get compensation. United offered her absolutely nothing at IAH. No contact info, no advice, nothing.
